Its good before,but since last day,cant connect to the service

It worked perfectly! Everything was connecting and now I dont know what happened. Im in China and I do need a vpn to communicate back home. Ive tried everything . Reseted my router and all! Everything you can think of. If this cant be fixed I may just have to refund my money!

I bought a 1yr plan, but after several month all servers stop working, customer service give out a new .org server which is not listed, but this server stop working again after 1day. I need my money back!!!!

Ive had this vpn for over a year and I never had a problem. Since October 30th or so I have only been able to connect two times. Please resolve this issue ASAP!

I am in China at the moment. Product worked for a while. Now its totally blocked. Stay away from this product!

I was a full user of this App. Living and working in China, the VPN worked every day. Until the end of October, China blocked this App now too. I emailed for help, they confirmed China blocking them, and a solution was in the works. Thats been going on two weeks now. Sent follow up emails asking for help, NO replies given. Unless this is corrected soon, I cannot continue to tell my friends what a good VPN app this is. Fix it!

This app has served me well in China for quite some time... However for over a month now it hasnt worked at all. Ive emailed you only to receive a worthless auto response. Sort it or finally help me and I will give you the 5 stars you deserve...

This software works well in the US. Easy to connect, simple to use, and I can access the same account across multiple devices (iPad, iPhone, iMac). Plans are a bit more costly than other services. The main issue I have is lack of a dashboard to know how much data and time you have left in your account after youve logged in. The information is available but only in multiple menus of the app, making it cumbersome.

I came from Andriod when I sure the web I like to believe that I am protected so I am always looking for a good vpn I downloaded this because a lot of people on Apple Store say how good this application is soming to Apple I thought that when people so that a application is good that it will be good for one Andriod uses like Andriod because there are a lot of free applications I am a man that do not mind buying applications if they do what they should do this application connects to my home wifi but not when I am out and about.

It no longer seems to work in China. It used to work great, now it only connects on a rare occasion. I only use while traveling to China.

I love this vpn

It worked fine until the Chinese government decided to block most VPN traffic out of China in November 2014, so it had been necessary to find technical solutions around the Chinese blocking attempts. Many other VPN providers have implemented such solutions but these guys here didn’t bother, and would not refund the money for the now useless bandwidth either. All you get is a standard automated email reply saying one should "use their US based servers" as others won’t work. Of course their US servers don’t work either from China, it’s just a lame attempt to shift the blame to the consumer when clearly the fault is with them for not adapting their set-up to deal with the situation (which by the way is not hard for an IT professional, but it requires that the VPN provider makes a few adjustments on the server side). No response to refund requests, and of course Apple won’t refund purchases after 90 days either. Tough luck if you bought one year’s worth of bandwidth or a data package that now can no longer be utilized. Stay away from these guys, they don’t have customer service. Spend your money on providers that maintain at least a customer service hotline and have a clear refund policy. And don’t believe all these „Woooow“ „Greeat“ „I love it“ reviews, they are most likely fake. Try to use this provider in China or any other place that has internet censorship, and your enthusiasm will quickly disappear. I’d give zero stars for the lousy customer service if I could.

Free status lasts for about 10 minutes. Dont use unless thats what youre looking for

Worked well for a long time. .now cannot connect with either ipad. Renewed subscription and set it up again, rebooted iPad etc. No luck. Just wasted another $39.00. Very frustrating. Even deleted the profile deleted the app rebooted and reinstalled everything. Other Von programs connect with no problem Hope the can fix this quickly, otherwise I will need to request a refund. They were great up until this point.

I made a mistake and thought after 6 months that they fixed the China problem of blocking their services. I had to use Strong VPN to get installer to work; however, still doesnt work. Im very disappointed.

The application is down many times and the support section doesnt reply to emails
