There is NO Customer service. There is No service in China, now including Hong Kong (which used to work fine). Sending a note yields a form letter reply with no follow up and no solution.

Worked great in Mainland two years ago. Bought a monthly plan again this year and it doesn’t work at all. According to reviews, this is not a new problem, and as they’re not honest about it in the description, one may well call it a rip-off.
