If you want to aggravate yourself then this app is for you! For the last month this App has been bad. It crashes then it will not authenticate you. The speed on there servers is equivalent to a dial up connection. I have had this for a few years and never had problems like this. Sent request for help and got no response. Try something else as I am planning to do.

spent 10 minutes but failed to to find how to set up vpn. it doesnt have guide for manual nor does it have auto install profile. too lame!

I had been using VPN Fire for the last three years and up until a month ago would have given it 3-4 stars for performance. However I renewed last month and purchased the yearlong plan again and ever since I can hardly ever connect to it or if I do connect it boots me off after a half hour. My husband is having the same issues on his ipad. We have the exact same internet service and router. I emailed their customer service team a week ago while logged in and got confirmation they received the inquiry, but have never heard anything back and the problems continue. I am out the money and will be looking for an alternative solution now.

This is legit I finally have an awesome. App that honest and true I hate those app that lie a say thy have it but they dont and those app are tedious and annoying just be honest this app is awesome I recommend it highly it no scam no sketchy or weird stuff is legit and thank you so much ❗❗❗❗❗❗

Simply cannot connect fron iphone app to PC running Win 10. No responce from email "support" at Fire in 24 hours.

This app stopped working altogether in Dec. I waited a bit, then bought a new 1-year package in February, thinking that maybe Id used up my GB allowance. Not only do the servers no longer load on the app, but theres no connection even when you use old server setups or do a by-the-book manual install. Also, no response from previously helpful support desk since I made the purchase.

Dear VPNFire Support Team I am extremely disappointed with your service. I bought a 365 day plan which recently expired. I live in China and I haven’t been able to connect to your VPN for months. I have tried contacting you through your APP to find a solution several times and all I get is a standard computer-generated response which does not help me connect to the VPN. I had no choice but to sign up for another VPN service who in contrast has put in great effort to keep their users connected to their VPN. I feel like I have been cheated of my money because I am stuck with a service I paid for but cannot use and who does not provide technical support. I don’t even feel confident that you will respond to this email and therefore I am going to post this email on to Apple Store to warn others not to use your service.
